I bought sirloin steak, plus Barnsley chops and 4 lamb shanks today. We have just had the steak and it was absolutely amazing. So, so tender and tasty. It's taken me years to perfect the cooking of steak but it's made so much easier with perfect steak. I only wish I had taken a photo. The other bonus is the family and staff that own it. Amazing
