More great news for our ever growing army of customers, Gibsons Finest Meats are collaborating with great local pubs and restaurants to bring you a unique ‘Pop Up’ eating experience ‘The Carnivore Club’.

We are teaming up with a Michelin star chef who will oversee the menu and all the cooking, as well as talking to you each whilst you enjoy dinner, a local venison farmer will give you real behind the scene insights on all things Venison and I will select exclusively for ‘The Carnivore Club’ only the finest Scotch Beef, carefully age the different cuts so that taste, flavour and tenderness of each cut is unparalleled, a unique ‘The Carnivore Club Meat Feast’.

The Carnivore Club brings over 85 years of combined skill, knowledge and experience to ensure each evening is an event to remember, the Scotch grass-fed beef, dry aged between 30-60 days grilled to your liking, forms the central core of the menu together with a curated selection of wines  to compliment the beef.
