We cut these portions of bacon thinly with only required fats so you may enjoy this as a sidekick with other meals or just simply to address your midweek cravings. The portions of bacon are being dry-cured traditionally with no water or any other additives, allowing the slices of bacon to shrink less and taste delicious.

These smoked streaky bacons come from pork belly and contain many fats with long layers running parallel to the rind. Our skilful butchers slice the bacon with abundant juicy meat and peel off any excess fats. Then our experts smoke the bacon to perfection, with our traditional technique so you can enjoy the irresistible smoky flavour ride.
